BOND CLAIMS

Many projects are covered by Payment and Performance bonds.  If you have performed work or supplied material, you must act quickly since claims on bonds must be filed within either 90 or 120 days from last date on the job, depending on the type of bond.  In some cases, if you are a subcontractor, you may be required to file a notice of furnishing.
