MECHANIC'S LIENS

A mechanic’s lien is a type of statutory lien which may be filed by a contractor, subcontractor, laborer, architect, engineer or supplier who worked on, or furnished material, for a construction project. In some states the lien should be renewed after a period of time to maintain its validity.

COLLECTIONS
